We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days after purchase. During busy periods, this may take slightly longer.
Will my jewelry tarnish or fade?
With proper care, our jewellery is designed to last. However, exposure to water, sweat, perfumes, and chemicals may affect longevity.
How do I find my ring or bracelet size?

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Klarna (if enabled on your store).
Can I use a discount code?
Yes! You can enter your discount code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order.
Returning my order
Go to your account page, select your order, and click Return. You’ll receive a return address and slip. We recommend using a tracked, insured service. Unless the item arrived damaged, return postage is your responsibility.
Do invoices come in the package?
No, we don’t include invoices in the package. All invoices are emailed to you, so if your order is a gift, the price will not be shown.
